Each year Mr. Chris Ecklund organizes and sponsors a Hallowe'en decorating contest and awards prizes for the 'spookiest' houses. Mr. Ecklund's Tiger-Cats Bus and T.C. were on site at 222 Jacqueline Boulevard, and were a big hit with kids and parents alike!
